Clone Trooper Phase II (Realistic Style) Helmet Cast PRE ORDER
We are launching brand new casted helmets starting with the Clone Trooper Phase II. The master mold will be made from our extremely accurate design, the Phase II - Ultimate Edition helmet!
The main helmet will be a fibre glass cast and all accessories are still seperate as this allows you to paint all the fiddly bits without any masking and, best of all they will be resin printed so no sanding and filling! They’re already smooth!
The rebreathers will come as textured versions you can paint as well as the 2 part models to add realistic wire mesh.
The only prep you’ll need to do is to cut out the visor of the helmet and the nose grill, we find a multitool does the best job, and sand the seam line. Thats it! The entire helmet comes already smooth and ready to paint and super strong!
We are taking pre orders NOW and doing a run of 15 at a discounted price of £150 + Shipping for our first batch. These will sell out incredibly fast and the prices will go up on the next run.

SIZING
As these helmets are casted not printed we cannot adjust the sizing. The bottom hold has been enlarged to be a one size fits all and will fit heat of up to 60cm circumference when measured at the brow.
HOW LONG
The master will be printed in SLA resin by ‘Imperial Factory’ in Singapore to be pin point accurate to our 3d Files and will take roughly 2 weeks. This will then be used to make a mother mold, which we then make your helmet from. Timing will be roughly a month and a half from ordering.
